He started a poultry farm in 2014 in Haatso, Accra with 1,500 layers and 1,000 broilers, growing operations to 8,500 layers with seasonal broiler production targeting the Christmas market every December. Over 10 years (2014–2024), the farm raised 25,000+ laying hens across 7+ batches and over 10,000 broilers. In 2015, the farm won the Best Poultry Farm Award from the GA East District, Greater Accra. Operational expertise spans farm startup and scaling, brooding management, feed formulation, staff supervision, egg distribution, bookkeeping, and supply chain management.
