Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the TLedu Ghana website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Course Enrollment
When you enroll in a course:
- You must provide accurate and complete information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent
- Course materials are for personal use only and may not be shared or distributed
Payment Terms
Our payment terms are as follows:
- Course fees must be paid according to the selected payment plan
- All prices are in Ghana Cedis (GHS) unless otherwise stated
- Payment can be made via Mobile Money, bank transfer, or card payment
- Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials
Refund Policy
Refunds may be provided under the following conditions:
- Request made within 7 days of enrollment
- Student has not accessed more than 25% of course materials
- Course cancellation by TLedu Ghana (full refund provided)
- Refund processing may take 7-14 business days
Course Access and Content
Upon enrollment, you receive:
- Access to course materials for the duration of the course
- Non-transferable license to use course content for personal learning
- Certificate upon successful completion of course requirements
- Technical support during course period
Live Classes and Video Conferencing
Our platform uses Zoom for live class sessions. By participating in live classes, you agree to:
- Comply with Zoom's Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
- Use your real name when joining meetings for attendance tracking
- Not record, screenshot, or redistribute meeting content without authorization
- Maintain appropriate conduct during live sessions
- Ensure you have a stable internet connection and appropriate device for participation
Meeting attendance is tracked for academic purposes. TLedu Ghana is not responsible for technical issues caused by your internet connection or device.
Student Conduct
Students are expected to:
- Treat instructors and fellow students with respect
- Submit original work and maintain academic integrity
- Not engage in any disruptive or inappropriate behavior
- Comply with all course requirements and deadlines
Intellectual Property
All course materials, including but not limited to videos, documents, presentations, and assessments, are the intellectual property of TLedu Ghana and are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
TLedu Ghana shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
